The Opportunity
Join our finance team as a Customer Allocations Officer and ensure accurate and efficient allocation of customer payments to their respective accounts. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, this opportunity will allow you to showcase your meticulous attention to detail, maintain precise financial records, reconcile payments, and resolve discrepancies while making a positive impact on our customers' experience.
This opportunity is initially a maternity leave cover until the end of December 2026, and can be based across our Pyrmont and Arndell Park offices.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Process credit card payments via online terminal, clear suspense accounts, handle EFT/cheque payments, and reconcile bank clearing accounts daily

Allocate payments to client accounts accurately and maintain proper customer relationships throughout the process

Address all claims and queries from internal/external customers efficiently, ensuring complete follow-through and resolution of payment discrepancies

Liaise with National Customer Allocations Supervisor on accounts receivable issues and communicate with customers to clarify payment details
What you'll need to be successful

At least 1 years experience within a similar role

Experience with debt management and analysis

G-Suite experience desirable but not essential

Experience using SAP is desirable (not essential)
