The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team supporting Defence operations in Wodonga as a Quality, Assurance and Governance Officer. This key position will work closely with the National Contract Manager to champion quality management, WHS, and assurance processes while maintaining crucial Defence relationships.

What you'll be responsible for
- Managing the quality assurance program and continuity planning
- Overseeing WHS and Environmental incident reporting and resolution
- Developing and maintaining Quality Management Plans for high-risk activities
- Managing non-compliance, conformance, and performance reporting
- Supporting contract compliance and KPI achievement
- Maintaining key client relationships and facilitating regular communications
- Implementing and monitoring safety systems
- Ensuring robust, evidence-based reporting to Defence
What you'll need to be successful
- Formal qualification in OH&S or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and proven experience in achieving contractual KPIs
- Strong background in safety systems implementation and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to work within a Defence environment
