The Opportunity


Due to growth within our Waste division, we are seeking an Operator to join our team at the Mars site in Wodonga, VIC. 

Working dayshift in a close knit team, your main responsibility as an Operator will be to transport waste on site from pick up points to drop off points using machinery such as forklifts and a flat bed truck. This is a full time permanent position with training provided, and an opportunity to join a global leader in environmental sustainability. 

You’ll need:

  • Forklift license required 
  • Experience operating a range of heavy machinery desirable 
  • Previous experience within the waste industry desirable but not required
  • Motivation to learn and grow within a team environment
  • Strong safety focus with a proactive approach to improving safety and risk management 
  • A responsible and strong work ethic
  • Fitness
