Title: Administration Officer

The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to attend to enquiries, provide reporting and information, request follow ups to ensure customer expectations are met from calls into Veolia Wodonga, as well as to undertake general administrative tasks including assisting with Driver’s run information, daily debrief and reports and accounts management. Assisting with fleet maintenance bookings, sales contracts, and survey and quote billing for Dept of Defence.

What you'll be responsible for
- Handle customer queries, provide advice, use Sales Force for logging customer information, investigate invoice queries, and manage bookings and runsheets
- Manage filing, raise purchase orders, generate work orders, assign drivers and vehicles, provide administrative support, and assist with payroll
- Use SAP Ariba for purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and invoice checking
- Assist with uniforms, payroll inquiries, and provide instructions in collaboration with the Leading hand
- Manage site visitors, conduct inductions, and maintain relationships with external parties, providing assistance and technical advice as needed
What you'll need to be successful
- Certificate III in Business, or equivalent workplace experience
- G-Suite experience desirable but not essential
