The Opportunity
Join our team in Wingfield, 5013 and lead our maintenance operations to success. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance programs, support and develop our technician team, troubleshoot technical challenges and champion our safety culture.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, managing daily work orders, shift scheduling, performance evaluations and fostering a strong safety culture

Oversee all maintenance operations including preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accurate record keeping

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues, providing technical guidance to staff while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards

Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and production teams, minimising downtime and managing major shutdown schedules

Monitor and optimise equipment performance, managing spare parts inventory, mobile equipment and reporting on KPIs and maintenance metrics

Enforce health, safety and compliance standards including OSHA/MSHA regulations, conducting safety meetings, toolbox talks and investigating incidents
What you'll need to be successful

Electrical or Mechanical Trade certification or equivalent technical qualification preferred

Minimum 3+ years in maintenance supervision and operations

Waste, Quarry, Mining, or Processing Plant experience highly regarded

Strong background in either electrical or mechanical systems

Experience with preventive maintenance programs

Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

Understanding of industrial equipment and machinery

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

SA Drivers Licence

Working at Heights Licence
