The Opportunity

Veolia now has a Casual opportunity for a Liquid Vacuum Truck Operator to join our friendly Liquid Waste team based in Whyalla. This position reports through to the Regional Manager SA.

 

This is a Casual Position for Shutdown work, Monday to Saturday, 12hr shifts, Days and Nights. Work starts on the 3rd Feb - 20th Feb 2026.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Driving to various client sites, loading and unloading liquid waste.

  • Casual position. 

  • Monday to Saturday, some overtime.

  • Working in a friendly, supportive team environment.

What you'll need to be successful

  • HR Licence.

  • Experience in Vac Truck Operation (advantage but not critical).

  • Working at Heights ticket (advantage but not critical)

  • Good verbal communication
