Veolia has an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Administration Coordinator to join the Whyalla Industrial Services team.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Manage weekly payroll data entry and processing validation.

  • Oversee and process customer and supplier invoices.

  • Client and billing reporting.

  • Monitor client payment process to minimise overdue invoices.

  • Plan Roster for Whyalla IS & Whyalla Scaffolding.

  • Create and manage purchase orders.

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees including inductions and system setups.

  • Ensure compliance with Veolia and client policies and procedures and quality management standards 

  • Drive Veolia’s ‘Always Safe’ Culture.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Extensive administration experience in an operational environment.

  • A current drivers licence with reliable transport.

  • A high level of computer literacy. Google Suite experience is highly regarded.

  • A willingness to participate in professional development training.

  • An established level of interpersonal skills that allows for effective stakeholder conversations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and national police check.
