The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team in Wetherill Park as a Data Entry Consultant where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Customer Experience functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage master data for new businesses, handle amendments, and process cancellations while providing exceptional customer service using cutting-edge systems like Salesforce.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Maintaining quality and compliance processes for master data management
-
Processing service agreements and managing cases via Salesforce
-
Building and maintaining effective relationships across all CX pillars
-
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance
-
Monitoring and maintaining master data quality to meet company standards
What you'll need to be successful
-
2-3 years' experience in a contact centre or customer service role (B2B environment preferred)

Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and similar systems is desired
-
Typing speed of 60 wpm with an accuracy level of 80% or more
-
Experience in Google Suites

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
-
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
-
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Great interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with internal/external stakeholders
