What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Providing strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders across multiple sites
  • Leading industrial relations matters and enterprise agreement negotiations
  • Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence to improve organisational effectiveness
  • Interpreting and applying relevant employment legislation and regulations
  • Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and annual cyclical activities

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Senior HR Advisor experience with a strong generalist background
  • Proven track record in handling industrial relations matters, particularly in blue-collar environments
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreement interpretation
  • Experience in coaching and developing leaders at various levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend strategic HR solutions
  • Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent industry experience
