What you'll be responsible for
- Partnering, supporting and coaching leaders across several sites/geographic locations, enabling leaders to be successful
- Negotiation of Enterprise Agreements
- Working with centres of excellence such as Talent Development, Health and Safety, Talent Acquisition and HR Services to ensure collaborative business impact
- Supporting the business across the annual cyclical HR activities
What you'll need to be successful
- HR qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role ideally within an industrial/blue collar environment (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in Enterprise Agreement negotiation, preferably in blue collar environments
- Experience in the interpretation and application of relevant legislation and regulations
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to support the development of capability
- High level problem solving skills with a focus on identifying issues and opportunities, think creatively and recommend strategies, ideas and opportunities for resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
