Title:  National Billing Officer

The Opportunity

Veolia is looking for a National Billing Officer to join our team based in West Gosford, 2250. In this role you will be responsible to ensure that all billing requests are received and processed in an accurate and timely manner, in line with system processing deadlines.

What you'll be responsible for

• The completion and input of all billing information to meet end of month deadlines. Salesforce, SAP and Google suite knowledge and advantage.
• Invoice uploads to Customer portals.
• Supporting the National Customer Resolutions Team with receiving and investigating Invoice disputes.
• Manage group email queries
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and statements
