Title:  National Billing Officer

The Opportunity

Veolia is looking for a Billing Officer to join our team based in West Gosford, 2250. In this role you will be responsible to ensure that our drivers’ run sheets are received and processed in an accurate and timely manner, in line with system processing deadlines. The focus of this position is substantially based upon data entry.

What you'll be responsible for

• Assist the Billing Manager in the completion and input of billing information.
• Complete billing requirements to meet mid-month/end of month close deadlines.
• Compile and distribute outstanding run sheet reports to Veolia branches.
• Manage group email queries
• Filing of electronic run sheets and supporting information
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and statements
