The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join Veolia's Welshpool Service Centre . This is a key role where you'll coordinate all planned maintenance activities, working as the vital link between our Maintenance, Operations, and support teams. You'll help us keep us running smoothly whilst minimising disruption to service.
Join our friendly team at ANZ Veolia in Welshpool (6106) and be the go-to person for our waste drivers and operators.
Monday to Friday office hours.

What you'll be responsible for
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities

Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Investigate maintenance issues and implement solutions

Act as liaison between Shift and Maintenance Supervisors

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
What you'll need to be successful
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent with experience in a processing plant or industrial environment
- Maintenance and supervisory background with scheduling knowledge
- Proficiency with CMMS, Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail and presentation software
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit, able to work shifts and heights, wear PPE, and move objects up to 20 kg
