The Opportunity

 

As Residential Logistics Service Supervisor, you'll lead our customer service centre team, ensuring excellence in council customer support and operational efficiency. 

 

This pivotal leadership role involves managing daily call centre operations and driving continuous service improvements.

 

This role will be based in our corporate office in Welshpool 6106.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Supervise and coordinate customer service team operations

  • Ensure optimal coverage for phone and email support (7am-5pm weekdays)

  • Monitor and maintain high service standards

  • Provide team training and performance coaching

  • Manage administrative tasks including timesheet approval and purchase orders

  • Liaise with operations teams on service delivery

 

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Demonstrable experience in call centre supervision

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities

  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills

  • Excellence in customer service management

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
