The Opportunity

 

As a Customer Service Administrator, your role is to undertake administrative tasks and to provide prompt and excellent customer service to Veolia’s council customers and their residents. 


This is a pivotal role where you will have the opportunity to liaise with customers and our internal operations team in order to maintain accurate data, records and files pertaining to residential services.


This role will be based in our corporate office in Welshpool 6106.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Answer and manage incoming calls received in the residential call centre

  • Action all emails received in Council inboxes same day

  • Schedule bin repairs in ECHO system

  • Prepare daily bin maintenance run sheets

  • Enter daily data into customer service report for responsible Council customers

 

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Experience in an administrative and customer service based role
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Ability to manage difficult customers and set service expectations

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
