The Opportunity

As Wastewater Treatment Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Project. You'll be responsible for establishing operational excellence, developing organisational capability, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all facilities.

What you'll be responsible for

• Develop and implement strategic plans for integrated plant operations
• Lead high-performing teams (5 direct reports) and drive safety culture
• Ensure reliable, compliant operation of all facilities
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships (WCC, WWL, regulators)
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee operational budgets and drive efficiency
• Full tine position 40hours a week

What you'll need to be successful

• Degree in Engineering and/or Technical certifications in Wastewater treatment
• Minimum 10 years in wastewater treatment operations (THP and anaerobic digestion experience preferred)
• Experience managing multiple treatment facilities
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles
• Strong strategic leadership and communication abilities
• International operational experience (desirable)
