What you'll be responsible for
Interface Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive interface management plans for Categories 1, 2 & 3 programs
- Establish and implement protocols for managing operational impacts
- Create and manage robust RFI systems prioritizing operational continuity
- Monitor and control interface points between different project components
Operational Coordination:
- Lead and facilitate regular coordination meetings between program teams and O&M BAU plant management
- Ensure operational requirements are fully integrated into project planning phases
- Coordinate cross-program activities to minimize operational disruptions
- Develop contingency plans for critical operational interfaces
Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitate direct engagement between program teams and O&M operational stakeholders
- Coordinate comprehensive operational impact assessments across all program categories
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with WWL asset management and operational teams
- Ensure effective communication channels between all project participants
Project Integration:
- Review and assess contractor plans with specific focus on operational interfaces
- Oversee site induction processes, ensuring operational awareness and requirements are met
- Coordinate cross-program activities to optimize efficiency and minimize impacts
- Integrate project schedules with operational maintenance requirements
Quality and Safety:
- Oversee integration of operational safety requirements across all programs
- Review and approve ITPs with emphasis on operational acceptance criteria
- Coordinate incident management between projects and operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Commissioning and Handover:
- Develop and implement integrated commissioning strategies across program categories
- Ensure operational readiness for new systems and modifications
- Coordinate seamless transition from project delivery to operational phase
- Oversee documentation and training requirements for operational staff
What you'll need to be successful
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years' experience in large-scale infrastructure/utility projects
- 5+ years' direct interface management experience
- Strong background in water/wastewater industr
