Veolia is seeking an experienced Project & Change Manager to lead the transition and integration of New Zealand's first Thermal Hydrolysis Facility. This is a unique opportunity to manage a complex infrastructure project from construction through to operational readiness.

What you'll be responsible for

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transition from construction to operations
  • Manage operational readiness and commissioning activities
  • Develop and implement transition strategies
  • Lead recruitment and workforce development
  • Coordinate with global Veolia expertise
  • Establish operational procedures and systems
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships

What you'll need to be successful

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognized Project Management certification
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Leadership/Management qualifications
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience in commissioning major facilities (advantageous)
  • Demonstrated success in facility transitions and systems integration
  • Strong track record in leading complex teams
  • Proven ability in maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in workforce planning
