The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking a detail-oriented Data and Quality Administrator to provide data management and quality assurance support to the Compliance function for the Wellington Wastewater Contract. This is a key position where you'll ensure data integrity across multiple platforms while supporting compliance reporting and maintaining document control systems.

What you'll be responsible for
• Support establishment and maintenance of data quality standards to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Monitor reports and dashboards for data quality issues and escalate concerns as appropriate
• Manage data across multiple platforms (Pi Datalink, BMS, CS VUE, Sphera Cloud) ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Maintain document control systems and filing structures to ensure compliance and accessibility
• Support preparation of monthly and annual compliance reports
• Manage and coordinate statutory preventative maintenance schedules across all plants
• Provide oversight of laboratory operations and third-party contractor data
• Support maintenance of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements
What you'll need to be successful
Qualifications/Experience:
• Relevant qualification in data management, quality assurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced computer skills including Google Suite and MS Office (essential)
• Experience with data management platforms and databases (Pi Datalink, BMS, CS VUE, Sphera Cloud desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Experience with Quality, Environmental and Safety Management systems (desirable)

• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with focus on quality outputs
• Motor vehicle driver's licence
