What you'll be responsible for
- Proactively monitor process equipment to boost performance and efficiency
- Manage process sampling, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance and quality
- Review plant performance and suggest process changes to improve compliance and reduce costs
- Optimise and manage process and water quality risks to ensure a safe and sustainable operation
- Lead, mentor, and coach teams to achieve exceptional results
- Assist in operations planning, including resource planning and stakeholder liaison
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards
What you'll need to be successful
- Tertiary qualifications in chemical engineering or equivalent
- Water or Wastewater treatment experience (preferable)
- Experience in process and operations
- Strong communication skills
