Title:  Maintenance Supervisor

Veolia has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our Northern Water Treatment Plant in Wandoan 4419, ensuring reliable and efficient water treatment operations.

What you'll be responsible for

• Lead and manage a multi discipline maintenance team
• Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance programs and activities
• Manage asset maintenance systems and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate contractors and manage capital projects
• Participate in on call roster for emergency response
• Monitor maintenance costs and identify improvement opportunities

What you'll need to be successful

• Proven maintenance supervision experience, preferably in water treatment or industrial facilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance planning
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
