An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Veolia Water Operations as a Training and Administration Coordinator in a dual function role based in Tugun 4224. Within this role you will combine training coordination and business administration responsibilities, serving as a crucial link in maintaining operational excellence at the Gold Coast Desalination Plant (GCDP).

What you'll be responsible for
- Manage comprehensive training programs for GCDP staff
- Coordinate new employee onboarding
- Maintain training documentation and records
- Process accounts payable and manage procurement activities
- Coordinate office operations and administrative systems
What you'll need to be successful
- Administrative experience
- SAP or equivalent ERP system experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
