The Opportunity


Veolia ANZ is seeking a Project Engineer to join our water team based in Tugun 4224.  As the Project Engineer you will be responsible for planning and delivery of projects for the Gold Coast Desalination Plant.

What you'll be responsible for

 

 

  • Ensuring capital & operational projects are planned, executed and delivered to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Planning, implementing and driving project change management plans. 
  • Managing and driving economical cost plans to maximise budget.
  • Driving risk assessment, authorisation, documentation, reporting and KPI measurement. 
  • Ensuring project priorities are clearly established and frequently communicated.
  • Driving work progress and completion under set project targets including cost, time and quality.
  • Managing sub contractor and consultants. 
     

What you'll need to be successful

 

 

  • Engineering or related qualification
  • Previous experience in water or wastewater is desirable 
  • Ability to understand and mark up technical drawings
