What you'll be responsible for

  • Manage end to end maintenance planning through our CMMS, keeping work orders, data, and schedules accurate and on track

  • Build comprehensive work packages covering labour, materials, and costs – ensuring everything is in place before work begins

  • Lead shutdown planning to minimise production disruption and deliver activities within budget

  • Manage spare parts and inventory to ensure availability while optimising working capital

  • Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure all site activities meet safety, technical, and quality standards

  • Proactively identify improvements to maintenance methodologies, reliability strategies, and CMMS reporting

  • Identify and document LOTO isolation requirements and safety risks during the work-planning phase

What you'll need to be successful
