We're looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our Toowoomba team! You'll be the key player in orchestrating our daily collection schedules, optimising routes, and ensuring top-notch service delivery to our customers.

With sharp organisational skills, you'll coordinate our drivers, whilst playing a pivotal role in connecting the customer service and operations teams, and maintain high safety standards. This is your chance to join a supportive team where you can make a real difference.

Monday - Friday on site 9.00 am - 5.00 pm - on call public holiday as required

What you'll be responsible for

• Coordinate daily operations and provide exceptional customer service support

• Process and maintain accurate driver records, run sheets and productivity data

• Monitor vehicle technology systems and ensure proper utilisation

• Support compliance requirements through record keeping and documentation

• Assist in daily driver debrief to ensure all driver paperwork is completed

• Ensuring safety standards are maintained
  
  

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within transport / logistics

• Accuracy and attention to details

• Proficient computer skills (G-Suite)

• Ability to multi-task
