Title: Talent Development Coordinator

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our Talent Development team. This role will support the Talent Development team and the Veolia ANZ (VANZ) organisation, by ensuring best practice and consistent business processes are implemented and maintained, providing advice and support for end-to-end Talent Development activities and HR practices, excellent project management skills, and a passion for people development.

What you'll be responsible for
- Manage Talent Hub administration and reporting through annual people campaigns
- Coordinate logistics for learning initiatives, including L&D Calendar administration
- Develop training content and instructional design to support the Talent Development team
- Provide support for employee listening approaches rollout and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to facilitate decision-making
What you'll need to be successful
- Tertiary or Vocational qualification in HR, Organisational Development/Psychology, or Adult Learning
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems
- Experience in developing learning content and e-learning courses
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional customer service
