Title:  Projects and Engineering Manager NSW and ACT

The Opportunity

Join Veolia ANZ in Pyrmont 2009, as a Projects and Engineering Manager, where you'll lead our team to deliver exceptional project outcomes across NSW and the ACT. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and lead a high performing team of project and engineering delivery resources, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.

What you'll be responsible for

• Lead and coordinate project delivery teams to achieve project objectives
• Ensure seamless project execution through effective change management and stakeholder alignment
• Drive project success through technical, commercial, and operational expertise
• Provide regular progress updates and identify areas for improvement
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
• Develop and motivate a high performing team to deliver exceptional results
   

What you'll need to be successful

• Bachelor of Engineering or other relevant tertiary qualifications
• Experience in technical services consulting, design, project delivery, and contractor management 
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects up to approx. $20 million
• Previous experience with commercial and contract management
• Experience in operations preferred
