The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team in this pivotal role managing key client and broker relationships to drive business growth. You’ll lead account management initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and manage retail electricity agreements while identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional service. Success in this role comes from analysing market trends, maintaining sales data, and developing cross-selling strategies.

 

This is a permanent full-time role based in Newcastle, 2300.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Lead client relationship management and drive business growth in commercial & industrial energy retail, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while identifying cross-selling opportunities across Veolia's green energy solutions

  • Monitor performance metrics, and deliver regular reports and inform strategic decisions

  • Drive Veolia's Green Up strategy by promoting sustainable energy solutions and cross-selling opportunities to existing clients

  • Participate in industry events and stakeholder engagement while supporting system improvements across Australia

What you'll need to be successful

  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience in executing targeted sales initiatives and account management KPIs (highly desirable)
