The Opportunity
Lead the implementation of an efficient HR service model and drive digital HR transformation, aligning strategy with cutting-edge solutions whilst providing governance across operations and systems.
What’s on offer
- 8-9 month fixed term contract
- 1 direct report and 7 indirect reports
- Based in Pyrmont 3 days a week and working from home up to 2 days a week
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead and develop the HR Services team, ensuring efficient delivery of employee lifecycle activities
- Drive process improvements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance HR transactions and systems
- Manage change effectively, including HR system upgrades and new process implementations
- Oversee HR information systems as Product Owner, ensuring they are continually developed to meet business needs and maintain data integrity
- Lead HR-related projects, focusing on continuous improvement of shared services and systems
- Administer and maintain HR systems, including data audits, structure management, and compliance with legislation and organisational needs
What you’ll need to be successful
- Degree in HR or related with 5-10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years at a senior level
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, legislation,and HR processes and systems , with a strong understanding of HR Shared Services
- Proven track record in driving results, implementing innovative solutions, and managing change effectively
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess and improve processes
- Strong leadership capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and a focus on continuous improvement and service delivery
