The Opportunity
Following internal progression, we're seeking an experienced IR/ER leader to drive Veolia ANZ's Industrial and Employee Relations function. In this executive role, you'll shape strategic initiatives while fostering positive workplace relations and ensuring compliance across our operations.

What you'll be responsible for
- Lead and implement IR/ER strategies aligned with business objectives across ANZ
- Direct enterprise agreement negotiations and manage union relationships
- Provide expert guidance on complex IR/ER matters to senior stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic EA landscape and optimize agreements
- Represent Veolia ANZ in the Fair Work System and manage industrial relations risks
What you'll need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field
- 10+ years experience in senior IR/ER roles
- Extensive knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations framework
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven track record in managing complex industrial relations matters
