The Opportunity
As Veolia’s Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the compensation and benefits function, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements for people data, HR policy, benefits and campaigns.
In addition you will provide people reporting and analytics, salary grading and benchmarking, co-ordination of national campaigns including salary reviews and variable pay. Your efficiency and eye for detail will help you identify useful changes in process, systems, and policy improvements.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Provide input to annual remuneration processes ensuring they are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy

Coordinate all company benefits including relationships with external suppliers

Work with HR and managers, using the Willis Towers Watson methodology, to provide advice on job grading and market salary benchmarking for new and existing positions within Veolia

Coordinate the annual compensation review process including preparation and distribution of letters

Monthly and quarterly reporting to EXCO
What you'll need to be successful

Tertiary qualified, ideally in a Business, Data Science, Psychology or an HR related discipline or equivalent work experience

Prior knowledge and use of Success Factors (SF) modules (desired)

Prior knowledge and use of a salary benchmarking and grading methodology (Willis Towers Watson or Mercer desired)
