The Opportunity
Join our close-knit HR team in Pyrmont for a 12-14 week casual assignment at 38 hours per week. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team while gaining valuable experience. Open to working holiday visas.

What you'll be responsible for

Completing administrative tasks and managing documentation

Contacting current and previous employees via email, phone, letter and SMS

Communicate confidently with key stakeholders daily and troubleshoot outcomes

Daily and weekly status reporting
What you'll need to be successful

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Google Suite experience preferred

Experience in creating documentation using mail merger

Able to work independently

Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various communication means
