The Opportunity

 

Veolia ANZ is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team in St Marys, NSW 2760, on a twelve-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and office support while acting as the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll help ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and deliver a professional, responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Providing a range of general administrative support, including managing purchase orders, receipting and billing.

  • Completing accurate and timely data entry across various systems.

  • Supporting the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the office.

  • Providing administrative assistance to the operational team and office manager.

  • Processing work dockets accurately and efficiently.

  • Delivering professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of office presentation, housekeeping and customer service.

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Be the ‘go to’ person for all office management 

  • Have good communication and computer skills
