The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our Energy Services team at our customer’s site in Springfield. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including data entry, document control, processing invoices, managing purchase orders and reporting.

What you'll be responsible for

Data entry into Veolia and customer systems.
-
Maintaining a high integrity towards document control and process.
-
Process and verify invoices and timely payment.

Manage purchase order requests,ensuring accurate coding, track orders and maintain vendor relationships
-
Maintain and update records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general customer information.

Collecting data and collating for monthly reporting.

Reception duties where required.

Proven experience in an administration capacity.

Strong IT literacy.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
