The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Contract Administrator to support and provide direct communications, accurate data capture and reporting to the major North West Tasmanian Councils in order to meet contract requirements. In this position you will primarily be the main customer contact for addressing collections, recovery materials, data and administration queries relating to the regional collections contract.
The role is a permanent full-time role based in our office in Spreyton TAS.

What you'll be responsible for
- Receive and respond to customer queries
- Understanding the Contract and Key Performance Indicators
- Working closely with Operations
- Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Maintain various databases for council groups
- Liaising with external stakeholders
What you'll need to be successful
- Previous experience within a customer-focused environment
- 3 years of related experience would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to support stakeholders through reporting capabilities
