We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team in supporting the National Contract Manager for our Defence operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of strategic business growth while leading a high-performing team of analysts and customer experience professionals.
You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing critical stakeholder relationships, and ensuring contract compliance across our defence portfolio. What you'll be responsible for
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Analysts and Customer Experience Team
- Developing and implementing strategic business processes for increased productivity
- Managing financial controls, budgets, and contractor reporting
- Ensuring contract compliance and achievement of KPIs
- Maintaining strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and contractors
What you'll need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in business management and team leadership
- Strong financial acumen and budgetary management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and database management systems
