The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team based in Shepparton 3630. As the Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative and office support to the team and be the first point of contact for our customers.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

What you'll be responsible for

• Dealing with in-bound and out-bound customer calls, being the first point of contact dealing with orders, queries and issues
• General administrative duties including, managing purchase orders and receipt, billing
• Data entry into various systems
• General office management, dealing with the day to day office management
• Supporting the operational team

What you'll need to be successful

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Be the ‘go to’ person for all office management
• Have good communication and computer skills
