Join Veolia, a leader in sustainable resource management, as a Waste Education Officer!

In this rewarding role, you'll be the driving force behind positive environmental change, working closely with local councils to develop and deliver engaging educational programmes. 

You'll inspire communities, schools, and residents to embrace better waste management practices and contribute to a greener future.

2 x part time roles. Days and hours are flexible.

What you'll be responsible for

• Lead waste compliance projects and community engagement initiatives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with councils, residents and stakeholders

• Create and manage contamination reports

• Deliver community awareness programs

• Provide expert advice on waste management

• Develop partnerships to improve local waste practices

What you'll need to be successful

• A relevant tertiary qualification or proven experience in waste education/sustainability

• A natural talent for community engagement and behaviour change

• Valid driving licence and flexible approach to working hours

• Enthusiasm for environmental sustainability
