Veolia is seeking a dynamic Regional Lead - Operations to join our team in Ruapehu. This is a senior leadership position responsible for delivering essential water services to our communities.

What you'll be responsible for

Strategic Leadership

• Create and lead a visionary leadership team
• Develop organisational structure and culture
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Management

• Represent Veolia to key water sector stakeholders
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Participate in industry and community initiatives

Operational Management

• Oversee contract performance and delivery
• Manage budgets and financial controls
• Ensure compliance and risk management
• Participate in duty manager roster

What you'll need to be successful

Required Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in water discipline or management
• 10+ years leadership experience in water industry
• 5+ years wastewater operations experience
• SCADA systems knowledge (desirable)
