The Opportunity
Veolia's Environmental Services team at Olympic Dam is recruiting a Site Administrator. This position offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive operational support, including CMMS management, records administration, purchasing coordination, and workflow optimization.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Manage general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and document organisation
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
-
Support team members with administrative requirements
-
Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly
-
Ensure compliance with data entry standards and deadlines
-
Prepare reports and documentation as required
-
Coordinates and undertakes booking of travel, catering, events, special functions and meetings as required

Support the operations teams by inputting safety data
What you'll need to be successful
-
Current driver’s licence
-
Certificate III in Business Administration and minimum 2 years in an administration role with strong organisational foundations
-
Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively
-
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft, Google Sheets programs
-
Reliability and a willingness to learn
-
Sound skills in building relationships
-
Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities relevant to the role
