The Opportunity

Veolia, a leader in environmental solutions, is seeking a digitally-savvy business development professional to join our dynamic team in Rocklea, Queensland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in sustainability while growing your career in a global organisation.

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you'll work autonomously as Territory Manager, leveraging modern digital tools and CRM systems to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the environmental services sector

  • Managing and growing existing client relationships through digital platforms

  • Achieving territory sales targets

  • Maintaining service agreements using modern CRM systems

  • Developing innovative solutions for clients' environmental challenges

  • Creating and presenting professional digital proposals

What you'll need to be successful

  • Passion for environmental solutions and sustainability

  • Strong digital proficiency, particularly in Google Workspace and CRM systems

  • Experience in consultative B2B sales (environmental sector experience valued but not mandatory)

  • Excellence in digital communication and presentation skills

  • Valid driver's license with good driving history

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data

  • Results-driven mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
