Title: Tender Finance Analyst

The Opportunity
Working in a motivated team, you’ll work with our finance team who provide a range of support services to reach operational goals. In your day-to-day activities, you’ll be assisting with the preparation and review of weekly and monthly financial and management reports. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent full-time role which involves regular travel between sites in Rocklea.

What you'll be responsible for
- Undertake financial analysis & variance reporting
- Understand operational reasons contributing to performance
- Work with local and national sales teams to create tender models for approval
- Assist in the running of kick off meetings for larger local tenders
- Prepare financial models within company hurdles which include capital expenditure
- Obtain business approvals from various levels prior to submission
- Manage the flow on incoming tenders in line with anticipated due dates
- Maintain effective working relationships with personnel in the team and in other departments
- Over/under client cost reconciliation
What you'll need to be successful
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent desirable
- Experience in a large complex business is an advantage
- Experience with SAP, TM1 And Excel is an advantage
