The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Remediation Services Advisor/ Sales Representative - Remediation Services to join based in Rocklea. Working closely with the projects and operations team, you will be tasked with managing sales and growth across Metro Brisbane.

 

Reporting to the Remediation Services Manager, this role will be responsible for driving business growth, maximising contract retention and expansion, ensuring alignment between client requirements and the services offered in the soil remediation, groundwater and contaminated land projects sector. 

 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience working in the remediation or civil works space, is familiar with the remediation process, and has the ability to create trusted, long standing relationships with key stakeholders in various industries.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering or relevant field /equivalent professional experience;

  • Experience within the environmental industry, engineering, civil works or similar (previous experience or knowledge in remediation services is highly desirable)

  • Proven experience within a previous B2B sales role 

  • Previous experience across tendering and subcontractor management

  • Demonstrated success in achieving strong prospect pipelines including high conversion rates from prospect to customer

  • Formal qualifications in Sales or Marketing, desired but not essential

  • A track record for maintaining and developing relationships with high level stakeholders

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while driving results

  • A Valid Drivers Licence

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to clarify, resolve issues, and make decisions
