Title:  Planner and Scheduler

The Opportunity

Veolia is looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join our Network Services team in Rocklea 4106. In this role, you’ll plan daily work for field crews, coordinate access and permits, track job progress and help keep essential wastewater network services running smoothly. Your scheduling skills will have a direct impact on communities across the region.

What you'll be responsible for

• Preparing daily schedules, dispatching jobs to field crews and monitoring progress and deadlines.
• Ensuring schedules are planned, tracked and delivered on time.
• Scheduling and coordinating property access, permits and notifications
• Assisting with maintaining a Geographic Information System and other management systems.
• Assisting with IT and administration support for the field crew.
• Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships. 

What you'll need to be successful

• Proven track record in a similar role 
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS  or similar GIS software preferred
• Experience with ClickMobile, Salesforce Field Service Edge or similar software
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
