Title:  Operations Supervisor

Veolia has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our crew in Rocklea, 4106. Within this role, you will be responsible for leading skilled operators through complex sewage network operations.

What you'll be responsible for

• Supervise and inspire field delivery teams while ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards
• Drive our safety-first culture through hazard reporting, toolbox meetings, and incident management
• Manage complex, high-risk operations including Confined Space Entries, working at heights, and specialised pump station maintenance
• Schedule work, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Contribute expertise to estimations, quotations, and tender processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
• Drive innovation and efficiency improvements across all operations

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrated experience managing teams effectively with strong people management skills
• Background in sewage/stormwater networks or industrial systems (highly valued)
• Familiarity with Confined Space Entry, Vacuum Loading, and high-pressure water jetting (preferred)
• Understanding of COR Heavy Vehicle regulations
