Join Our Team: Operations Supervisor

We're looking for a hands on leader to join our team in Rocklea, 4106. As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our sewerage networks, ensuring they're running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do

• Reporting to the Program Manager you will provide operational and technical supervision of works performed.
• Lead a team of staff, making sure they've got the resources and support they need to get the job done
• Plan and schedule work, allocating tasks and ensuring everything runs on time and on budget
• Monitor and lead team performance of all onsite staff including Veolia employees, labour hire and contractors.
• Functions include high pressure water jetting, vacuum loading and general labouring.
• Work closely with our clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver top notch service
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

What You'll Need

• Experience in sewer and stormwater networks, with knowledge of sewage networks or industrial system operations desirable
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
