Title:  Operations Admin Supervisor

The Opportunity


Veolia is looking for an administration team leadership professional to manage our operations processes. Based at our site in Rocklea (4106), you will head up a team of six to ensure the smooth and efficient administration of key operational activities. Your team will book jobs, check invoices, set up vendors and suppliers and help coordinate subcontractors. Your role will be to supervise, coordinate and facilitate these activities, manage your people and look for opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

What you'll be responsible for

 

As above, as well as a range of other tasks including:
 

  • Training and support for all direct reports 
  • Ensure all external invoices are kept up to date 
  • Relevant periodic reporting
  • Monitor inbound call performance for the team
     

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Relevant experience managing administrative teams, preferably in a similar operational environment
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement
  • Ability to learn and understand a range of systems and processes
