What you'll be responsible for

Develop and implement business plans in collaboration with Senior Management Team

Lead and manage team performance, providing clear direction and constructive feedback

Guide the team in establishing roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities

Oversee managers' performance, aligning their efforts with Veolia's goals and objectives

Ensure all employees are properly qualified and trained to perform their duties safely and competently

Spearhead strategic safety and sustainability initiatives as outlined in the Business Plan

Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance across operations

Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies

What you'll need to be successful

Qualification in Business or related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience demonstrating comparable skills and knowledge

High-level stakeholder management and maintenance of key customer contracts

Waste industry experience desired but not essential

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Comprehensive understanding of financial principles and practices
