Title:  Internal Sales Support

The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support professional to join our team at our Rocklea or Banyo sites. This permanent, full-time position offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of customers, supporting our sales team with crucial reporting and administrative tasks.

What you'll be responsible for

• Generating and managing regular reports (fortnightly, monthly, quarterly) using various platforms to support the sales team
• Preparing and editing documents, including PDFs and electronic submissions
• Maintaining and updating service summary reports in the OASIS system
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data management and reporting
• Assisting with the formatting and preparation of tender documents as required
• Communicating with customers via email and online platforms to address queries and provide information
   

What you'll need to be successful

• Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn new software platforms (Salesforce, OASIS, SAP, Google Suite)
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers
