The Opportunity

 

Join our Network Services team in Rocklea, 4106 as the vital link between customers, field crews, and stakeholders. You'll manage customer enquiries, support work planning and scheduling, ensure data quality, and provide administrative support for our essential wastewater infrastructure programs.

What you’ll be responsible for

 

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email about Veolia works

  • Coordinate access requirements with stakeholders and residents

  • Assist in planning and scheduling works, reviewing job records

  • Conduct data quality checks and maintain accurate records

  • Prepare customer notifications and distribute information letters

  • Provide administrative support including meeting preparation and documentation

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on operational matters

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Experience in customer service and data quality assurance

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
