Title:  Contract Manager

The Opportunity

As our Contract Manager for Total Waste Management, you will be the key liaison between Veolia’s operations and some of our largest and most significant clients. Drawing on your understanding of complex services delivery, your skilled stakeholder management will help you analyse KPIs and ensure Veolia is meeting contractual obligations. Your attention to detail and ability to analyse contract terms will enable you to ensure pricing, invoicing and reporting are all servicing both the client and Veolia in a consistent and businesslike manner. Your communications and negotiation skills will also be key to your success.

What you'll be responsible for

• Commercial management and operations liaison to ensure compliant delivery of services
• Drafting, maintaining and analysis of contracts to enable clear compliance and effective governance
• Close and careful stakeholder engagement to maintain good relationships between Veolia and clients
• Planning and profitability management to ensure maximum business benefits
• Development and management of effective administration, reporting and governance tools.
   

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrated track record as a Contract Manager in a services delivery environment, preferably with experience in industrial compliance
• Experience in the drafting and maintenance of contracts
• Knowledge of budgeting process and implementation of relevant business KPIs.
